If you would be more specific, then I would know how to answer this with greater truth. I am assuming that you are assuming that I am generally an angry/hateful person.
I think that we all have some sort of anger/hatred that we as humans tend to feel at least a few times a day. The beautiful thing about anger is that it is temporary. I have come to learn that that is normal, and if I recognize my negativity like a red flag then I can squash that by thinking positive thoughts. The past couple of years I was a really destructive person that lived my life as reckless as possible…don’t we all go through struggles? I am glad I did sooner rather later because I feel so much more appreciative now…
